Physical products may be returned within 15 days of receipt. After 15 days, returns will not be accepted.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unused, and returned with all original packaging and components.

If approved, refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within a reasonable processing time.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
